“Like our children’s
wooden toys…”
Colourful memories
shatter our lives
into images steeped
in melancholy and humour.
Crimson moments
insistently push time
to complete its cycle;
to reach, that is, the place
where the end meets the beginning.
Everything exists,
comes and goes,
to remind us
that life is poetry.

For the performance at the “Theatre Under the Bridge”
in Neo Faliro
The Milos Experimental Stage (PSM), an amateur theatre company active on the island since 1994 that works to contribute to the cultural identity of Milos through theatre productions and through organising and taking part in important arts events, staged Chrysa Spilioti’s play “Who Discovered America” in 2005: an all-female production directed by Eleni Karampetsou, with mature performances from the women of the company, dedicated to women.
For people from Milos living in Athens and Piraeus, and for all the friends and supporters of the Experimental Stage, the show will be hosted at the “Theatre Under the Bridge” at the Neo Faliro metro station on Saturday 19 November at 8.30 pm.
